Not sure why we should shield the wells.
We fracked them to get the water to flow then for Gas to flow through the water paths.
There has got to be a limit to how far the water will flow as the fractures are not permeable for ever and as I now understand that we are in a closed coal seam with no external water inflow, it must yeild more gas as more water is removed.
We must be ready for massive gasflows soon as these wells are servicing an area much larger than was initially expected and we are well on the way to removing the limited water in the coal seams.
