You say that you are in the property industry . Clearly you are not in the part of it that I am so I'm interested in what you can offer the forum . There is obviously stuff that you could teach us that many here wouldn't know .

So , here is your opportunity to provide the forum some on the ground , inside experience that no one else hear appears to be privvy to .

That's if you're really in the industry of course .
