Flats your right about the blue sky ahead they have got a brilliant plan in place and are looking like entering
a new level. Great to see the water flowing in all those villages around dikilushi they must be making an almighty difference now to the lives of these people
they should get recognition for their work in the area
maybe 4 corners could do a positive story on them.
