Do you have any evidence that Acrux management is buying ACR shares? There's been no Appendix 3Y's submitted to report directors purchasing since February 2014. Neither of the two directors appointed in June appear to have bought anything to date, even at current levels.
I'd be happy to buy in to a profitable company at a good price; but if the directors don't think it's worth buying, then neither do I.
