nothing that DW and his team ever did was technically wrong or incompetent. Certainly with experience they have now learnt what is the optimal well completion/set up but that is always the case with any new project - it takes time and experimentation.
At an operational level (out there in the Cooper) not a single thing has been changed since DW's departure - nor is there any current plans to do so!
