I thought it was a good acquisition. Looks like management have 1.8c as a floor for raising capital. Previously I was concerned that they were going to make an acquisition in a different industry. So this is a tick for me, definitely looks like IBN is becoming their main operation. I was also concerned about what price capital would be raised so another tick for me. The two remaining concerns I have is the minimal growth in property sales in 2016 if you classify Q1 as an abnormal, and forecast declining housing starts over the next few years which could prove a headwind.
