I SOOOO hope so but if it gets back to 27c B4 take-off I will feel lucky to have been able to buy more under 30c --- under 20c = divine intervention & I will feel blessed - thrash it down big pockets there a bargain hunters waiting.

If this was happening in OZ, even with 40% of the project, would LOM be 32c - not likely, IMO it all comes down to sovereign risk & IMO LOM management's track record in working with Angola has been OK so far. Not ideal, a bit/lot slow but OK, it's moving in the right direction.

The ability to work in the wet season & turn a $ is huge IMO & especially so this year with a huge stock pile of course 'tailings' to be re-worked with x-ray machines - I like the odds of finding some monster type 2A's.
