I am in no position to provide a valuation. All I can do is provide basic comparisons between EXT's neighbour PDN.

Both benefit from the rise and rise of Uranium prices and the seeming certain growth of Nuclear power as a preferred option.

PDN positives:

* Less shares on issue
* Near production
* 100% ownership of it's lease
* U seems to be in shallower areas (I think)

PDN negatives:

* Will cost you $6.60 something a share
* Concentrations of U seem to be on the low side

EXT positives:

* Shares will cost less than 10 cents (not for long though)
* Has 3.5 leases (51% of the existing one with KAH) all in very good areas it seems
* Upside is tremendous, sometimes scarily so
* Concentrations from assays seem to be better than PDN

EXT negatives:

* Lots more shares on issue
* It is years before a mine will begin work
* Funding will be required many more times unless a JV is struck
* U seems to be deeper than it is with PDN

I guess I look at PDN and I see that on the strength of one lease they have gone from 1 cent in mid 2003 to 660 fold in a little more than 3 years.

EXT has much more ground to work so therefore more opportunity for mines plural. The drill results (already a reality) are very very encouraging.

With PDN you could hope to double or triple your money with EXT it is possible your money will go 100 or 200 fold from this point .... if you are patient.

I have held over 3 mill EXT since sub 3 cents (more than 12 months now) and expect to be holding them 3 or 4 years from now. I don't think that over $6 is impossible and maybe more.
