I checked the replay. ChiX turned off or removed all the ChiX orders and upset the algos when the orders were added back into the market via ChiX. The bids from algos kept increasing till they met at $11.40 something then increased again to hit $11.83 from memory. Crazy that the computers don't or can't observe what went wrong and correct the behaviour. This crap causes flash crashes.
