3rd, regulatory control of gas price tarrifs, which will boost central's bottom line profit
4th, fracturing memorandums which bodes well for central and places then in prime supply position
5th, Gas sales and central gas molecules providing gas to millions
6th, blue sky? and an appriciation of share price?
A house of cards not in this case, but having played the cards right has seen this company well positioned so it would seem.
