G'day saint.

The only pressure point we can apply is through ASIC. They have a file on Newsat higher than you can jump over.
Problem is the persons who were handling the case [and becoming VERY interested] have been moved on. Those coming in to the position are given new cases to work on. Without the knowledge amassed by the previous investigators they simply hope it will die a slow death.

The last thing they want is disaffected shareholders getting in touch demanding to know why the case is not reopened and prosecuted therefore that is the first thing we should do.

There is currently no other recourse open to us.
