Company announcements have made it very clear that they are looking for more advanced stage gold assets.

Combine these with Lochinvar (coking coal), Redmoor (tin/tungsten), Southern Shear Zone (early stage gold in NZ) and the increase in volume probably comes down to the fact that we are undervalued - especially when you consider the increase in Tin and Coking Coal prices recently.

Friday's volume suggests to me that someone has seen the potential and was keen to take a position. This has the potential to re-rate pretty quickly once stale holders are gone, provided some solid buying continues.
