It appears that level two would be fine as some of the paper requirements they will be doing already
BUT how do you "persuade" a USA Bank to make the effort, what's in it for them? Unless the bank that is already handling their USA business would pick it up
After all keep it in the family, and if all goes to plan there will be bigger and better business in the future
And whichever way you look at things the USA is still the biggest elephant in all matters
When you look at the turnover of many "small" USA companies the numbers are staggering
