Hi Brunette, I still believe a realistic valuation of CNB's assets is about $1.25. They do have an option over some land which could be quite valuable but it is many years away from being developed and needs Gov't approval and a water supply before they can exercise the option.
My personal view is that it won't go much higher than here in the medium-term and that there are better investments out there which you could put your money to work on.
