I am really unhappy with them today. The site has ben SLOWWWWW in the last few weeks, a few times crippled like today.
But today is the first time ever when I couldnt get through to them on the phone for tech support. And took about 7.5 mins before someone picked up the phone on their trading number.
Possibly time to move to another online broker?
