Does anyone have any info on ANZ's breach of the Sexual discrimination act by paying females more super for being female? The legislation is gender neutral and thus in application should apply to women and men being advantaged/disadvantaged based on gender.
I think if the ANZ did the opposite and paid men more super they would have been investigated by now, however why are they not being investigated for their open and blatant discrimination against their male employees based on gender?
Furthermore the company is pushing advertising discriminating against men, when really they should be advertising their business, disadvantaging a group does not give an equal future, it's inequality.
I suggest all males to sell their shares and move their business away from the ANZ bank as they believe men are second rate citizens rather than equals.
Disclosure I sold all my ANZ shares just under 1 year ago @ $28
