Actually intelligence can be taught; cognitively the notion of 'teaching intelligence' is a relatively simply procedure as the 'intelligence' becomes subjective as it is shaped by the parameters of the 'teacher'. Very Orwellian in nature but actually quite possible. The notion of capturing the idea of intelligence is fleeting simply because 'intelligence' has no finite definition ergo "intelligence" becomes an argument in semantics.
