    Sept 19 (Reuters) - Armidale Investment Corporation Ltd (AIK) :

    • Proposed acquisitions - ACCC enquiry finalised
    • Seeking shareholder approval on Monday 26 September 2016 for the allotment of shares related to the acquisitions
    • Advises that ACCC confirmed on 16 September it does not intend to conduct

      public review of previously announced acquisitions

    • Acquisitions related to Consolidated Finance Group, Linx Finance Australia, and Qld Pacific Finance deals
