Clearly the issue is the pending application decision for the New Acland extension and development, currently before The Land Court. Although The Land Court only makes a recommendation and is not binding as the final decision rests with the QLD government. Looks like they will give there judgement in early October.
Until this matter is settled and approval granted, the SP will underperform, when/if they do get the go ahead, i’d expect the SP to rocket higher, as it is undervalued on face value at the moment.
