Looking at the announcement out after close - Change in substantial holding from CBA. In the annex, Goldman Sachs (Asia) has been selling since September. Perhaps they were not happy with the Westchester deal.
I guess this is the reason for the suppressed share price. Presume that they have finished selling now, so would expect to see the SP head back up from this oversold condition.
