They had the distribution already, its gone, SGH can't get it. First thing they did after coming out of suspension.
I have no idea legally how SGH will go, but i doubt they will be able to claim anything off anyone. SGH said they knew all about QPP problems and employed their own 70 lawyers etc and stated they were happy with everything, i dont really understand what grounds they are claiming on either and couldn't possibly understand the legal avenues for SGH.
I just think a bit street like and form an opinion on legal matters, Buyer beware in the real world.
