It will be a walk in the park for SGH to prove the following:
1. The number of unmeritorious cases acquired from Quindell (WTG) up to the stipulated time frame covered by the Escrow 50m GBP;
2. The segment breakdown of costs incurred & (losses) of each relevant division.
The real question is not the 50m GBP....that's a no brainer.....but whether they end up making a claim for a greater sum.
