Estia's target of 10,000 beds was heavily reliant on acquisitions. Just because Estia won't make the target due to a stretched balance sheet doesn't mean the beds don't already exist.
Aust Ethical smart money? You mean the same fund that bought almost 7% of MSG, some purchases as recently as a month ago, and in that time are now down 40-50%.
As for AEF selling PGC, the last notice disclosed they had dropped from 5.56% to 4.16%. Granted we don't know if they have sold more since that notice, but it's hardly surprising they trimmed the position after buying the bulk of it in the low 50s only a few months earlier.
