Add to that, apparently, the UK business community had this labeled as a lemon and was waving warning signs months before the deal was done.

Yet in comes AG and his merry men from down-under, disregards everything and ... well, the rest is just history.

Problem is - all LTHs got sucked in too - SGH made such a convincing case it knew what it was doing - and we believed.
