Every thing is now in place for ROC to go ahead strongly from here, consider
1. Rights issue almost complete, and debt retired.
2. North sea oil due on line in 3 months, 2600 barrels per day estimate.
3. Chinguetti remedial drill coming up next, increase to ROC's daily income.
4. More news from the China discovery due very soon.
5. Angola drills very close now, big targets on land.
6. Current strong income from Cliffhead to continue.
Great little company, with excellent income and low P/E, big future but a stand out take over opportunity.
