we will be ok for a while... many old people are "freeing up" the capital from thier houses. this will feed the market for a while, and also the essentially lifetime house loans that are being pumped.
they want it it to go a few more years yet
then there will be nothing left
and entire familes will be breaking rocks to pay for their loans and a bowl of rice.
