I would have to say its very clear and also the wise way to procced,our bod have been through this before and know what the best way to deal with it,they are with out any doubt in my mind delaying,or what ever other legall smart tactics they have in regards to drilling ann,etc,and while i do believe the minister will have all paperwork taken care of,logic says till its delivered bod will be cautious and so they should.If we look back when we were waiting for our alluvial licence to arrive(we waited loooong time as aalways)u will see that bod did the same thing,and whent even further by reducing workers hours etc,till the paper work was taken care off.Yes it all ended very well,just like i believe this delay will end very very well,and then i am sure we will start to see ann on drilling etc to arrive quite soon.As for that article recommending lom as the next stocks sp to rocket ,well ive seen these type of articles many times and really are fishing for hungry traders to subsribe to there publication,pretty much what they have stated most lom sh all ready know,and id say we know more than that report does,as is evident in some of the claims made which are incorrect but worded so well that will make many naive or inexperinced jump in.Exciting times ahead no doubt,but till that paper work is delivered,patience is needed and this does not mean things are not well as some may claim.gltah.
