Sounds like Acamas has put his finger on the likely problem and you in OZ can relax.

It is certainly the case that pooled nominee accounts have been treated as second class holders before, although my memory struggles to give you a specific example.

My fear is that everyone will want to convert to Tullow shares and the the pooled nominees may get less than their fair share (somehow).

Should that be a risk it may affect my decision to hold to the end.
