Mr. Rodda and Mr. Wire presented their findings from their visit to ERG facilities in Perth, Australia. Mr. Wire said there were open and frank discussions with mid-level and high-level ERG staff and that they seemed very focused and dedicated. He suggested it would be a good idea to have Phase 2.3 representatives in Perth when it gets near the launch of Phase 2.3. One problem that was noted was that ERG did not seem to have enough resources, personnel-wise, and that they were struggling to hold on to trained bodies they did have. Mr. Rodda and Mr. Wire reported that ERG was teaming with an Indian company in order to add resources for Phase 2.2 and all future releases.
