I read this announcement as extremely positive.
It pretty much paints the picture that PB has been in very advanced discussions with financing partners (as we are aware) and that this new group will be assisting in finalising the financing package in the best possible manner to benefit tng and its shareholders.
Rememeber as well that the updated DFS and tivan optimizations will also be factored into the financing requirements. Very smart move PB. I believe the timelines for the most part are on track.
