The MDR ascending triangle is sexy. Technically the charts are positive. Fundamentally this company has all the pillars in place to be rock solid
This merger will mean MDR will have 2500 pharmacies each paying $100 per month. That translates to $3m revenue from just this arm of the business.
Next lets talk about GP Link. MDR have hit every milestone they have announced. Management are straight talkers. I challenge anyone to go through all their investment presentations and prove me wrong. Why is this important? In their latest investor presentation, they are striving for 30% of the 26,000 GPs in Australia connected to the platform in Q4 CY 2017. Let's do very prudent analysis of what this could equate to. 30% of GPs is 7800, MDR receive $3 for ever prescription. If each doctor writes only 1 script per day that is $8.5m in annual revenue.
That's $11.5m revenue from pharmacies and GPs alone. Not to mention the below:
The Patient Engagement Program is also another revenue avenue that I am unsure of the revenues so I won't speculate. but we all know big Pharmas are not stingy.
Hospitals are the next target that will bring more users than we might have expected. More revenue here.
Many more arms of revenue stipulated on page 13 of the last presentation. This IMO is a no brainer.
Have not seen such a professional and revenue generating company this undervalued for quite some time. Dyor
