Balance sheet wise, yes we are worse off. Fundamentally, we aren't. However it's difficult to measure any sort of worth to this announcement aside from guesstimates, wild estimation and numbers plucked out of thin air. Nothing concrete makes for a brittle share price.
It's clear people bought the stock up in the last week or so in anticipation of a 20th announcement and were left disenchanted with the result. Next few days will be interesting.
