The great news about this deal getting closed is we have PA locked up now.
I didn't want to say it before but, he could have been offered other deals.
Now with him signed...AGY goes where he goes and this is where some deals can be made with other companies who are lacking in experienced lithium process managers and who may have great assets.
Look at Boliva 100x more lithium that everyone combined but, besides the high Mg...they don't have any experience mining it. Boliva may have already missed the 3-5 years window.
For the past 30+ years there have only been 2-3 Li brine mining companies. With that there would have only been 2-3 GM running the whole process.
AGY now has one of those GMs running their ops and the deal is set-up for PA to go get more land and/or set-up deals. Who do you want on point for that?
It's going to be very exciting few weeks.
