However there is a chance, in my opinion around 20-30% that they will be able to build the houses as advertised or with minimal issues. This being the case, the I can't see how this stock could be below a ten bagger (or below a hundred bagger eventually). Signing up a builder was for me the trigger to enter, it was a vote of confidence in the technology adding value at the building site in its current state. Others may have wanted evidence of the adhesive working or something else.

A successful commercial scale home build and IMO the IP will be worth billions due to the size of the addressable market. A successful international rollout and mass production and it could become one of the biggest stocks on the ASX. Everyone will have different opinions, different analysis and different chances of success. It's still a spec stock so it's important to do your own research.

Now testing of the adhesive may to some represent that the construction industry is taking this technology and the framework agreement seriously. IMO the adhesive wasn't the big risk - but it represents an additional vote of confidence in the technology above and beyond the framework agreement.

Speaking of IP, has FBR got all the necessary patents and trademarks to protect and maximise commercial potential of the technology?
That, and the unsustainable SP appreciation of late, have been holding me back, otherwise great technology and potential.
