Gosh the 'you knew what you were buying' and 'we did extensive DD' arguments vs 'despite S&G being uniquely positioned to try and take it on, it still failed'.
I suspect or hope a lot of new arguments will be presented during the warranty claim and CA process and made transparent to the public that will put all of this into perspective.
