    WUG I believe you are wrong in assuming that there will be a CR or placement . As I believe from what I have read and research on this company we have 3.5 m in the bank ,4.5m raised in august, 6.7 m in options coming in Nov, partners 30% owing say 5.0m and gold production on top . So I would say we have plenty to see us through .
