directors dont buy because they have a $hit loads of options waiting for them if sp does go up. i got screw over by the yrr venture, what they did was unbelievable, i though i was sitting on a gold mine only that they stuff up yrr and sp plummet. if they can announce yrr, sent every1 propestus and recieve our money and then stuff the whole thing up, it goes to show you how good the management is!
the company is not very transparent and their dilution is a big problem. mind you im prob wrong, but i will not jump into it unless i can see that they are really going places. i think the sp cannot bottom any lower than 1.2 cents, however should be approach with caution.
ps. yes i do have a vendetta against GPN, especially when there is countless predictions on GPN and it doesnt eventuate. sorry if i anger some GPN holders, i just want another point of view besides ramping
