From a damage control perspective, this is the right move, just not sure how effective it would be. Don't forget Kantor can also sue IOT for unfair dismissal since they terminated his employment before the outcome of the court case.

this is an absolute shitstorm from a legal point of view.

a play of catch 22, if Simon wins the case, he would not be working for IOT, he will take everything away and IOT will end up nothing in the plate , this is getting far worse than it be.

Either way the company is losing, if I were holders i would be smart to exit while I could instead of getting nothing in the end.
