Gibbo, when you bought this stock a long long time ago in a galaxy far far away like I did it was merely a spec stock. It no longer is bar a few unknowns and in my relatively basic non-expert opinion seem extremely low risk in the current poltical ACCC and policy climate (and that includes climate change policy carbon tax risks etc). Not to mention all the other stars that have aligned....
IMO RC and co, as MJM23 put it, have achieved lots and hardly put a foot wrong in the process in what has been an extremely impressive time frame. RC is the architect of NGP.
