- MyState Bank Limited successfully prices tier 2 $10M subordinated debt issue
- Notes will pay interest quarterly at a floating rate equal to three-month
bank bill swap reference rate plus a margin of 4.25% per annum
- Under the Australian prudential regulation authority's (apra) capital
adequacy framework the notes will qualify as tier 2 capital
