There majority of the funds will be going towards paying down a fair chunk of mortgage, and spending towards 100 large on renovation this year.. already racked up towards 20 in some demolition and removal of 250tonnes in recent weeks . Probably better spent on the establishment rather than nor... although I will be topping up if I get the chance at these prices, because Major Johnny doesn't think I have enough yet!
Oh and of course because to you're suddenly seeing value, to everyone's huge surprise!
Those sellers miraculously likely to appear at 2.4 onwards wouldn't be you offloading some 2.2/3's?
I do like how you still try to suggest a CR this FY without a deal though.. at least there's some consistency there, whether genuine or not.
