Thats the problem isnt it Paul.... the likes of Whiskey who comes across as the 'all seeing eye' has no idea of the industry...(I think he disclosed he was a retired school teacher?) anyways, I continue to contend that these low relief structures are not worth what the (FAR) market thinks... your s3 theory may be correct, however it will never reflect materially in FARs SP imo.
