This is under the 50% downgrade HDR had stated before the Tullow takeover offer. I wonder if this gives them an out??? They won't walk away though ... not with continued Ugandan success ... more than compensates ... Nzizz another 30mbbl probably ... 15mbbl to HDR ... more than replaces "lost" Ching reserves .. and its on land and cheaper to develop and TLW now owns all the territory.
