Those offences are punishable by 7 to 14 years. And look on the ground - a can that appears to have been modified for purpose of the consumption of cannabis. This spiritual homeland is looking more and more like a disused area where vandals and drug addicts occasionally roam.

A secure mining site would be a heck of an upgrade.
