You are right but I really do have an uneasy feeling with this.
It sounds to me that the deal has gone sour and they are looking for another group to get money. All this reglatory business is bull sh*t, I mean christ they must think that we are stupid, even Stevie Wonder would see through this.
I did hear a rumor that FG was the mover on the deal so he will take a hit as well.
But more importantly I dont like being jipped and if I have then along with the other share holders, it will be on at the AGM. No amount of rhetoric is going to pacify me or the share holders.
In saying this I would dearly love to be proven wrong, but my gut feeling says I am not.
