As much as I love where this company could potential end up, and the fact that a positive announcement could come out at any point, I'm also a patient buyer of this stock, and expect the next issue of share's shortly at a price below the last one…..time will tell.

CL8 still has ~$ 2M debt facility available for it to draw upon.
So there is no problem with the cash position.
IMHO
