That's a great point about stockpiles @shades2. Same thing happens for iron ore/steel so why not lithium? Mr Lowry tweeted the other day he thought Chinese prices had settled recently.

There is of course price for a delay but, as I've said previously, there's not much to be gained from ramming into the carbonate market right now if the time can be used more productively. Everyone hates it now but setting the plant up for maximum efficiency really is quite smart as long as it's producing this year.
