re: higher offer don't know about a higher offer but i do know that reb has about 40 mill in cash and no debt so the real price Archer is paying is 330mil once they pocket whats in the bank. Reb has around 33 mil in pretax real profit (adjusting for capex and dep) and a 10-15% growth rate so this offer is way too low
