They have manufacturing expertise and likely would have been a contender for a scaled-up plant build, especially having the personnel and clearances in place already for the work they do for government agencies.
Share price has about doubled in the last 18 months.
Their market cap is about $4billion USD.
A very very handy partnership here I would think....
