CCI Holdings has just announced the results of it's DRP offering to shareholders with respect to the 1c dividend it is paying to its shareholders today.
In an outstanding endorsement of the growth prospects of this stock, 77.4 % of this dividend was taken as shares issued under the DRP. (which were issued at 33c).
This sees a further 3M shares go on the register (now a total of 135.6M shares on issue), and means the cash payout component of a potential 1.32M dividend will now be a mere $0.3M.
Shareholders in general obviously view the company as a value investment at the current levels, and why not when it is only trading at around 10 times forecast earnings for this FY.
